This course is designed to educate service coordinators and supervisors on how to use coaching practices to help families participate in the early intervention process, share information, access resources, and solve problems. Learners will explore nine coaching practices, which are included in the Coaching during Service Coordination Fidelity Checklist. The implementation of these practices will be illustrated with family scenarios and learners will practice using the checklist while viewing video clips of service coordinators engaging parents.
